Is AQUA Circle free to join?
Yes. AQUA Circle is free to join. Simply create or sign in to your existing customer account and opt in to the program.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points through eligible purchases, approved reviews, referrals, and select social engagement actions.
How many points do I earn when I shop?
How much are my points worth?
Every 100 points equals $1 in reward value. For example, 500 points can be redeemed for $5 off.
Do I get my points immediately?
It depends on how you earn them. Sign-up, retroactive and purchase points are credited immediately. Review points are added once your review is approved, while social media points are credited within 1 day.
When can I redeem my points?
You can redeem points once you have at least 500 points, equal to $5 off. Rewards can be used on eligible orders of $50 or more before taxes and shipping.
Do I earn points on all my purchases?
No. Some products, such as Chanson and AlkaViva ionizer replacement filters, are not eligible for the rewards program.
Do I earn points on taxes or shipping?
No. Points are calculated on eligible products only, after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Your points expire after 12 months without eligible activity. To keep your points and maintain your AQUA Circle membership, simply make an eligible purchase or complete any other point-earning action. Each new activity resets your 12-month activity period.
How do referrals work?
Share your referral link with a friend. Your friend receives $10 off their first eligible order of $150 or more. After their qualified purchase is completed and approved, you receive 1,000 points.
Do reviews have to be positive to earn points?
No. We reward honest, authentic, verified, approved reviews regardless of rating. Points are not conditional on leaving a positive review.
