How do I earn points?
You can earn points through eligible purchases, approved reviews, referrals, and select social engagement actions.
How many points do I earn when I shop?
Do my retroactive and double points stack?
Yes. Retroactive points on past purchases are credited at the standard rate for the window before you joined; the double points multiplier applies separately to eligible actions completed during the event itself.
How much are my points worth?
Every 100 points equals $1 in reward value. For example, 500 points can be redeemed for $5 off.
When can I redeem my points?
You can redeem points once you have at least 500 points, equal to $5 off. Rewards can be used on eligible orders of $50 or more before taxes and shipping.
Do I earn points on taxes or shipping?
No. Points are calculated on eligible products only, after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 24 months of customer inactivity. Making an eligible purchase or completing another eligible point-earning action extends your activity period.
Can I combine rewards with other discounts?
In most cases, AQUA Circle rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes, automatic discounts, affiliate coupons, or major sale promotions unless specifically stated.
How do referrals work?
Share your referral link with a friend. Your friend receives $10 off their first eligible order of $150 or more. After their qualified purchase is completed and approved, you receive 1,000 points.
Do reviews have to be positive to earn points?
No. We reward honest, authentic, verified, approved reviews regardless of rating. Points are not conditional on leaving a positive review.
